This section gathers the general rules and standards every user of the StawkiBet platform must follow. They keep the game fair, safe and comfortable for everyone. Violations lead to sanctions — their severity depends on how serious the breach is.
Knowing the rules is the player's duty, regardless of experience or how often they use the service. Not knowing or misreading them does not remove responsibility. It is worth re-reading this document from time to time so you don't miss updates.
1. General requirements for users
1.1. Lawful use
Only those who meet all requirements may open an account and use the service. A player must be of legal age under the laws of their country of residence, have the right to take part in online games in their jurisdiction, not appear on self-exclusion lists, and have no restrictions from other operators for violations.
One person — one account. Detecting duplicates leads to blocking all linked accounts and voiding winnings. Exceptions are possible only with prior written consent from the administration in special cases.
1.2. Accuracy of information
Data at registration and verification must be complete, accurate and up to date. Deliberately distorting information is treated as an attempt at fraud. If personal data changes, it must be updated within 14 days.

2. Rules for financial operations

You may not include interrelated outcomes in an accumulator or system:
- Different markets of the same match (e.g. winner and total)
- Related events of one tournament (tournament winner and an individual match)
- Outcomes that logically depend on each other
The system may block invalid combinations itself. If a forbidden bet still went through due to an error, it is voided and returned at odds of 1.00.
3.3. Determining results
Results are counted based on official data from sports organisations. If sources contradict each other, the final decision rests with the platform. Late result changes due to protests or disqualifications do not affect already settled bets.
4. Casino game rules
4.1. General provisions
Each game has its own rules — they are in the information section. You must read them before playing for real money. The result is determined by a certified random number generator and is final.
The minimum and maximum bet are set by the game provider. Technical failures during a game do not cancel the result unless they were caused by an error on the platform's side. With a confirmed failure, the game is voided and the bet returned.
4.2. Prohibited actions
Using any software for automation or to gain an advantage is strictly forbidden:

5. Using bonuses

6.3. Money laundering
The platform may not be used to launder money or finance illegal activity. Suspicious transaction patterns lead to investigation, possible suspension of operations, and notification of the relevant authorities.
7. Sanctions for violations
7.1. Types of sanctions
Depending on the severity of the violation, different measures apply:
- A warning noted in the player's profile
- Temporary restriction of functions (deposits, bets, withdrawal)
- Voiding of specific bets or winnings
- Temporary account block for a set period
- Permanent block with confiscation of funds
- Blacklisting with a ban on re-registration
7.2. Application procedure
A decision on sanctions is made after reviewing the circumstances. The player may be informed of the violation and its consequences, but the platform is not obliged to disclose its detection methods. The decision is final and cannot be appealed within the platform.
8. Conflict of interest
8.1. Restrictions for insiders
Those with access to closed information about events are forbidden to bet on those events. This applies to athletes, coaches, referees, organisers and other involved persons. A violation leads to voiding of bets and possible notification of sports federations.
8.2. Employees and affiliates
Platform staff, service providers and their close relatives are restricted in access or fully barred from using the service. A violation leads to the employee's dismissal and voiding of all operations.
9. User responsibility
9.1. Account security
The player is fully responsible for keeping login details safe. Any action from the account is considered the owner's action. Sharing access with third parties is forbidden and equated with a security breach.
9.2. Compliance with the law
The player is responsible for the legality of taking part in gambling in their jurisdiction. The platform does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee legality in all countries. Breaking local laws is the player's sole responsibility.
10. Changes to the rules
The rules may change without prior notice. The updated version takes effect from the moment of publication. Checking the current version regularly is the player's duty. Continued use after changes means acceptance of them.
